Your ChatGPT or Claude, working inside your CRM
Connect it once and ask it for whatever you would do in AgentticCRM: look things up, create, analyze, research and save. It works with your real clients, projects and invoices, and with your user's permissions.
- More than 100 actions on your CRM
- Looks up, acts and analyzes in the same conversation
- Every change shows up in Agent activity
A recreation with fictitious data of two assistants connected to AgentticCRM. In the Claude window, Elena Vargas asks which clients owe an overdue invoice and have overdue tasks in their project; Claude checks the CRM, answers with Grupo Almendra and Marea Estudio, and creates a task to call each of them tomorrow. In the ChatGPT window, Diego Serrano asks it to research Nordia before a meeting; ChatGPT finds the client, saves the summary as a note on its record and leaves a task to prepare the meeting. Below, Agent activity shows both requests with who asked for them, what changed and the button to undo them.
What your AI does with your CRM connected
You write to it the way you already do, and it works on your clients, your projects and your invoices. These are the six things that change your day.
-
Look up
Ask your CRM the way you would ask a colleague
Clients, invoices, tasks, meetings and email: it answers with the figure, with no filters or exports.
- Which invoices are due this week, and from which clients?
- What meetings do I have on Thursday, and with whom?
Clients and contactsInvoicesCalendar, bookings and video calls
-
Act
Get the work done without opening screens
Set up clients, opportunities, proposals, invoices, projects, tasks and meetings in one sentence, and record payments, stage changes and progress.
- Open a USD 4,800 opportunity for Nordia and book the call for Tuesday.
- Turn the accepted proposal into an invoice and record today's payment.
-
Analyze
Analyze your numbers on the spot
What you expect to close each month, what you billed against what you collected, and each client's balances by currency, worked out from all your records.
- How much do we expect to close over the next three months?
- Compare each client's open balances for me, by currency.
-
Cross-check
Cross-check billing, projects and support for each client
It brings together what lives in three features to warn you in time: who owes you, what work is running late and what urgent support is waiting for an answer.
- Which clients have a project at risk, an urgent ticket and a balance to collect?
- Which open tickets sit next to an overdue task for the same client?
-
Save
Use your CRM as your company's memory
It answers from your knowledge base, and what it researches it saves where your team will look for it: in Documents, on the client's record or in the project.
- According to our knowledge base, how do we bill monthly support?
- Research Grupo Almendra and save the summary as a note on its record.
-
Import
Bring your history over without copying and pasting
Proposals, invoices, projects, tickets and documents from your previous system, with their original dates and statuses, and without sending anything to your clients.
- Import these tickets, keeping who opened them and when.
- Move this Markdown document into Documents.
A working day with your AI connected
Five requests from an ordinary day at a service business. None of them needs a CRM screen opened.
-
What do I have today?
Your agenda, the tasks coming due and the unread alerts, in a single answer.
-
Move Vértice Legal to Negotiation and note that we send the proposal on Friday.
The opportunity changes stage and its next step is set, with a date.
-
Put together the proposal for Vértice Legal with our web design service and a 10% discount.
The proposal is saved as a draft to review, with its lines and the discount applied.
-
Which clients are at risk right now?
The ones with a project at risk, an urgent open ticket and a balance to collect, all at once.
-
Save the meeting summary in the project and leave three tasks for tomorrow.
The project document and the three tasks, each with an owner and a date.

With the same control as the rest of your team
Your AI brings no permissions of its own: it works with the role of the person who connected it. If that role changes tomorrow, so does what it can do for them.
Every change appears in Agent activity and on the record it touched, with who asked for it and which connection it came through. From there you undo one change, or everything it did in one request; what cannot be deleted, like a payment, is corrected with an offsetting entry.
Connect it in three steps
No coding and nothing to install. It works with ChatGPT, with Claude and with other assistants that accept custom connectors.
-
Copy the Connection URL
In AgentticCRM, open My agents in your profile and copy the Connection URL.
-
Paste it into ChatGPT or Claude
Add it as a custom connector. It brings you back to AgentticCRM to confirm.
-
Confirm and start asking
You confirm once and you are done. In My agents you see when you last used it and disconnect it in one click.
Questions about ChatGPT and Claude in your CRM
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You copy an address, paste it into your ChatGPT or Claude and confirm. The rest is conversation.
Does it work with other assistants?
Yes, with any assistant that accepts custom connectors, also called MCP connectors. ChatGPT and Claude are the most widely used.
Can it see what my role does not allow?
No. It works with your user's permissions and no others. If a person cannot see the invoices, neither can their AI.
What if it gets something wrong?
You see it in Agent activity and undo it: one change, or everything it did in that request. Anything that cannot be undone waits for someone on your team to approve it.
How the AI's changes are reviewedHow is it different from the AgentticCRM Assistant?
The Assistant lives inside the application and proposes every change before making it. Your ChatGPT or Claude works from wherever you already chat and carries out the work, with everything recorded so you can review it afterwards. You can use both.
Meet the AssistantWhere does the conversation stay?
In your ChatGPT or Claude. AgentticCRM keeps what was changed, who asked for it and when.
How many things can it do in my CRM?
More than 100 actions across 18 features: half look things up and analyze, the other half create, change, schedule or import. It uses the ones your role allows.
Connect your AI and ask it about your week
In a demo we connect it to a sample organization and ask it for what you ask your team today: the week's summary, the clients at risk and the proposal going out on Friday.
