Product and use
Is AgentticCRM another traditional CRM?
It includes the client relationship foundation, but its purpose is broader: it connects the work that follows across proposals, delivery, invoices, support, knowledge, and client collaboration.
Do we need to install anything?
No. AgentticCRM is a managed SaaS platform accessed through a supported web browser. It is not downloadable, installable, or self-hosted software.
Can our clients use it too?
Yes. The client portal gives each provisioned client a focused view of the proposals, invoices, projects, tickets, account information, and notifications shared with them.
Does it replace our accounting system?
AgentticCRM manages operational proposals, invoices, payments, and expenses. It is not a full accounting general ledger, payroll system, or payment processor.
Can we export our data?
Customer data can be exported through the export capabilities available in the product and confirmed in the current service terms.
Assistant and AI
Does the AI make changes automatically?
Ordinary Assistant conversations are read-only. When assistance prepares a consequential action, a person reviews and approves it before execution.
What does it mean for the AI to be “under human supervision”?
That no action with business consequences executes on its own. The Assistant prepares a proposal, and a person with permission reviews and approves it before it is applied. External agents follow the same principle: their writes become proposals, not direct execution.
Security and data
Is our data separated from other organizations?
Each organization operates in its own data scope. Records, files, permissions, and agents always act within their organization; each client's portal is additionally bound to a single client record.
Who can see and do what?
Roles and permissions by responsibility: administrators, managers, members, and viewers see only what their role allows. Dashboards, reports, and search are permission-filtered, and the Assistant inherits those same boundaries.
Can the AI change business data on its own?
No. Ordinary Assistant chat is read-only. Consequential actions are prepared as in-app proposals that a person reviews and approves before execution.
What does our client see when we give them access?
Only their organization's space: their shared proposals, invoices, projects, tickets, account, and notifications. Internal comments and the team workspace never appear in the portal.
