Deliver on what you sold, with every task in someone's name
When the client accepts, whoever runs the project needs the scope, the dates and what was promised, not a forwarded email. In AgentticCRM the project is organized in phases and tasks with owners, the team tracks its time and your client follows in their portal the progress you choose to show.
- Every phase and task with its owner
- Each task's time, by timer or by hand
- The progress you choose, visible to your client
AgentticCRM's Projects screen with fictitious data: the title with the plan's capacity, four figures (total, active, completed and open tasks) and the table with project, client, status, due date, three-layer progress, team and time logged.
From the approved scope to the work plan
Have the scope in a document? Upload it when you create the project and AgentticCRM proposes a plan with phases, tasks and subtasks, using the document's dates or ones calculated from each phase.
You review the plan on screen, adjust what you need and the project is created when you click Create project. If you'd rather start from scratch, you build the phases and tasks by hand.
What every project has
-
Phases with dates and an owner
Design, Development or Launch, each phase with its planned dates, actual dates and a person in charge.
-
Tasks with several owners
Priority, status and due date, plus subtasks with their own owner to share out the steps.
-
Tracked time
A timer when you start or minutes noted afterwards. Time adds up in the task and in the project.
-
The conversation in the task
Comments with mentions, files and YouTube, Vimeo or Loom videos, right next to the work they belong to.
-
The project's access details
Links, files and encrypted credentials. Every time someone reveals a credential, it's recorded.
-
The project's health
Mark whether it's on track, at risk or off course, and the Main dashboard shows it in time.
Tasks that depend on your client
When work stops because the copy, an approval or an access is missing, you assign the task to the person at your client who has to sort it out, or to the whole client.
They get a notice in their portal and an email with a link to confirm it, even without an account. If they need to send you files, they upload them to the project, up to 25 MB each, and your team is notified.
Questions from project teams
How do I go from the accepted proposal to the project?
You create the project for that client and, if you upload the requirements document, AgentticCRM suggests its phases, tasks and subtasks for you to review before creating it. The accepted proposal becomes an invoice with the same lines, prices and taxes.
Does my client see every task in the project?
No. They see what you mark as visible: the plan by phase, the progress and the tasks that depend on them. Internal conversations and the rest of the work stay with your team.
How do I invoice the project's hours?
From the project. AgentticCRM prepares a draft invoice with the hours not yet invoiced, at their hourly rate, and hours already invoiced are never charged twice.
Can I bring the projects I already have in another tool?
Yes. You import projects with their phases, tasks, statuses, dates and the people who did the work, even if they're no longer on your team.
Do task dates show up in the calendar?
Yes. Each due date appears in the calendar and, if you drag it to another day, the task's date changes.
