Who we are

AgentticCRM is an operating platform (CRM) for service organizations, operated by Global Agenttic, based in Panama. This policy covers the public website agentticcrm.com and the specific processing of Google user data needed to provide video conferencing within the product.

Use of the platform by contracting organizations is governed by the applicable service agreement; in that context each organization is the controller of its own clients’ data and AgentticCRM acts as processor.

What data we collect

On this site we collect only what is needed to respond to you and to understand how the page is used:

• Data you send in the demo form: name, work email, organization, team size, the workflow to improve, and any context you choose to write.
• Technical and usage data: pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and interaction events, collected through analytics (see Cookies).
• Anti-abuse security: to protect the form we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data to tell people from bots.

Google user data obtained through APIs

When a person connects Google Meet within AgentticCRM, the application accesses and processes only the following Google data:

• The email address of the connected Google Account, to identify which account will host the video meeting.
• The Google Calendar events that AgentticCRM creates for meetings scheduled from the platform, including their identifiers and the date and time data needed to manage them. AgentticCRM does not read or analyze other calendar events.
• The Google Meet rooms that AgentticCRM creates, including the room link and identifier needed to manage it.

We use this data only to create the room for a meeting scheduled in AgentticCRM, move it when the meeting is rescheduled, and cancel it when the meeting is canceled. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Access and refresh tokens are stored as credentials sealed with AES-256-GCM; plaintext exists only transiently in memory while an authorized operation is performed. The account email, event and room identifiers, links, and connection status are stored in the database only to the extent needed to operate the feature. All these records are assigned to an organization and protected by organization isolation using Row-Level Security (RLS).

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties. We do not sell it, use it for advertising —including personalized advertising or retargeting— or use it to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

AgentticCRM’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can withdraw access at any time by disconnecting Google Meet from AgentticCRM’s calendar settings. Doing so deletes the stored tokens and stops new requests to Google APIs. You can also revoke AgentticCRM’s access from the third-party connections section of your Google Account. Disconnecting or revoking access does not automatically delete events or rooms that already exist in Google; you can manage them from your Google Account.

How we use the data

• Respond to your demo request and arrange the session.
• Measure and improve the site (content, performance, and navigation).
• Maintain security and prevent abuse of the form.

We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions with legal effect.

Who we share them with

We work with providers that act as processors and handle data under our instructions:

• Cloudflare — hosting, delivery network, and Turnstile (policy).
• Google Analytics — site usage measurement (policy).
• Resend — delivery of the demo-request emails (policy).

These providers may operate servers outside your country, so some data may be transferred internationally under the safeguards each provider offers.

How long we keep them

We keep demo requests for as long as needed to handle and follow up on them, and afterwards according to our legal obligations. Analytics data is retained per the provider’s configuration.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, reach us through our contact form stating your request.

Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and organizations; it is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the site or in regulations. The current version will be published here with its update date.
