Your clients, proposals, invoices and projects live in AgentticCRM, so security starts with the basics: your data is kept apart from every other organization's, each person sees what their role allows, AI works inside those same limits, and you keep encrypted copies to go back if something goes wrong.

One organization, one space of its own
The database separates every row by organization and your files are stored under your own identifier. No other organization can query them.

Admin, Manager, Member, Viewer or a role of your own decide what each person sees and does, in search, reports and the Assistant too.

A portal with what you share
Each client signs in to their own portal and sees their proposals, invoices, projects, meetings and tickets. Internal notes and comments never leave your team.

Well-protected accounts
Passwords are stored with Argon2id and each person turns on two-step verification with an email code, an authenticator app or a passkey.

The Activity log notes who made each change, when and on which record, and nobody can edit or delete its entries.

Recovery points keep encrypted, verified copies of your data, and every restore starts with a failsafe copy of your current state.
AI works inside the same limits
The AgentticCRM Assistant uses your role and your permissions: what you would not see on a screen, it does not see either. When you ask it for a change, it shows you the proposal and touches nothing until you approve it.
If your team connects ChatGPT or Claude, the connection brings no permissions of its own: it works with the role of the person it represents, and every change it makes is kept in Agent activity, where it is reviewed and undone.

We run the platform
AgentticCRM runs in the browser: you install no servers or software, and updates arrive without you doing anything. Keeping the platform running and up to date is part of the subscription.
The connection is encrypted, and the credentials you store, such as your AI provider key, a mailbox password or a project's credentials, are encrypted before they are saved. Revealing a project credential always leaves a trace in the Activity log.
Questions about AgentticCRM security
Who runs AgentticCRM?
We do. AgentticCRM is a cloud service we run and keep up to date; your team signs in from the browser and has nothing to install or maintain.
Can the AI change data on its own?
The Assistant does not: it proposes each change and waits for your approval. A connected ChatGPT or Claude does carry out the work, with the role of the person it represents, and each of its changes is reviewed and undone in Agent activity.
What happens when someone leaves my team?
You deactivate the account: the session ends, they can no longer sign in and no AI connection can act on their behalf. Everything they did stays under their name.
Where does my team keep its other passwords?
In AgentticVault, each person's own vault. It is encrypted in their browser, so neither your organization nor AgentticCRM can open it, and the Chrome extension fills in logins without copying and pasting.
Can I take my data out of AgentticCRM?
Yes. Clients, projects, proposals, invoices, payments, expenses and tickets have Export CSV on their table, and each document downloads as PDF, Word, Markdown, HTML or an image.
What happens if something is deleted or damaged by mistake?
If a connected agent changed it, you undo it in Agent activity. If the damage is wider, you go back to a verified recovery point, and before touching anything AgentticCRM saves a failsafe copy of your current state.
