AgentticCRM runs in the cloud: we operate it and you work from the browser. Here we answer what people nearly always ask.

  1. “Is our data kept apart from other companies’?”

    Each company lives in its own space. The records, the files, the permissions and the agents all stay inside the company they belong to, and each client’s place is tied to one single page.

  2. “Who can see and do what?”

    Each role sees its own: administrators, managers, members and viewers. The dashboards, the reports and even the search filter on that, and the Assistant respects the same limits.

  3. “Can the AI change things on its own?”

    Talking to the Assistant does not change anything. If you ask it to prepare an important change, it shows you what it will do and waits for a person to approve it. If you connect ChatGPT or Claude, an administrator chooses what they can see and do.

  4. “What does our client see when we give them access?”

    Only their own: the proposals, invoices, projects, requests and notifications shared with them. The internal notes and the team’s space never appear.

  5. “How are passwords and access handled?”

    Each person has their own account, with their own password, which they can change and recover. Whoever administers your company invites, suspends or removes people from their own screen.

  6. How are data availability, recovery, and export handled?

    Keeping the platform running and up to date is our job. Continuity and recovery follow written controls, and what is committed depends on the terms of service. Your data can be exported from the product itself.

A person approves important AI actions

The Assistant prepares important actions and waits for a person to review them. If you connect ChatGPT or Claude, an administrator sets their permissions. AgentticCRM records who made each change, lets you review the before and after, and requires approval before an action that cannot be undone.

  2. A person reviews

    The proposal appears on screen, with its scope in plain sight.

  3. Approve or discard

    Only then does the change happen, and get written down.

A person reviews the change before it is applied.
