How we write and review these guides

Who writes these guides

The Global Agenttic team writes them. We are the company behind AgentticCRM. We write for people who choose or use a CRM in a service business: agencies, consultancies, studios and teams that sell, run projects, support clients and bill.

Each guide starts from a real decision, such as choosing a CRM, migrating your data or connecting the proposal to the invoice, and explains what AgentticCRM handles and what is better left to another tool.

Where each fact comes from

What we say about the product, we check in the product: the modules, screens and limits we describe are the ones AgentticCRM has today. When something depends on the plan or on a setting, we say so.

When we compare with other CRMs, we use each vendor's official sources and note the date we reviewed them. We don't publish savings or performance figures we can't verify.

Who reviews each guide

We use tools, including artificial intelligence, to organize drafts and translate them. Before anything is published, a person on the team reviews every guide in Spanish and in English: that what it says is true, that the links go where they promise, and that it reads clearly without knowing the product.

When we update

Every guide shows the date it was last updated. When a feature changes, we review the guides that talk about it and change that date. Comparisons show the date we last reviewed each vendor's sources.
