Does the bot I already have work?
Yes, and you do not have to rewrite it. If your bot speaks MCP — almost all of the ones built today do — you connect it by giving it a key and telling it which people on your team it can work for. The chat stays yours: Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack or your own app.
Can it go rogue and make a mess?
It cannot do anything the person it works for could not do by hand. And if it still does something you did not want, you open the list of what it did, see the before and after of each thing, and press undo.
What if whoever connected it leaves the company?
Nothing happens, the agent keeps working. You deactivate that person and the integration does not even notice, because the agent does not depend on them. We only record who connected it, in case anyone wants to ask.
Who can review and undo what it did?
Whoever has permission to answer for agents, plus the permission for whatever is being undone. Someone who cannot void invoices cannot undo an agent’s invoice either. You do not have to have connected it yourself.
Does the Assistant inside the app also do things on its own?
No, and that is on purpose. With the Assistant you are there: it shows you the change, you adjust it if you like and you accept. Asking you there is not in the way, it is the conversation itself. With an agent you are not there, so the deal is the other way round: it does, and then you review.
Can I switch it off if I change my mind?
Any time, in three ways: you take away its key and it stops getting in; you remove one of the people it can work for; or you put it “under review” and from then on it proposes things instead of doing them.
Which AI does it use?
Whichever you like. The Assistant inside runs on your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or other provider account: you enter your key, we store it encrypted and it is never shown again. Your outside bot brings its own; we do not touch that side.
How much does this cost on top?
Nothing on top. It is included in your plan, like the rest of the app. Whatever you pay for your bot — the AI account it runs on — is your business and does not go through us.
